AGSC's primary customer has been the U.S. Federal Government, and as such, has attained a thorough knowledge of federal contracting requirements. Our corporate structure allows AGSC and our customers to qualify for several federal contracting incentive programs, including:

 
  • DoD Buy Indian Program – As a 100% Alaska Native-Owned Corporation, our prime contractors can receive a 5% bonus payment on work subcontracted to AGSC.

  • SDB Certified 8(a) and Small Disadvantaged Business Programs – AGSC is permitted to subcontract up to 50-85% of the contract value to non 8(a) contractors under 8(a) and SB/SDB set aside contracts, as long as the integrity of the program is maintained, benefiting our clients with qualified, experienced, and well-rounded team.

  • A-76 Privatization Conversion Programs – As a 100%-owned Alaskan Native Corporate 8(a), the DoD may do a direct conversion of activities that the agency finds to be more cost effective if contracted to AGSC.
